Holmes were engaged as the main contractor on this Kāinga Ora project in 2023. The project is located in Upper Hutt, and consists of 3 new dwellings, comprising 1 single storey and 2 double storey duplexes, across two sites. The scope of the project included siteworks, civil works, interior and landscaping.
