A new kitchen, dining, outdoor and bbq area, and the addition of a separate theatre and wine cellar make up the recent modifications to this large, 600 square meter home. Based on the outskirts of Martinborough, this home was designed by Holmes Architecture, who needed to embrace both the existing indoor and outdoor elements and offer improved flow and living for the client.
Together both Holmes Architecture and the Holmes Construction Group achieved a high standard finish on a relatively complex build which incorporated the likes of an underground wine cellar. Working with our long-standing client Sir Paul Collins was one of the many aspects which made this project so successful.
