Holmes Construction carried out the alterations for the new Foodstuffs Logistics Warehouse in Seaview, Wellington in 2012. The old Colgate Palmolive warehouse was extensively altered and extended with a new hard stand and canopy area. This allowed for over 11,800m2 of floorspace for Foodstuffs, more than doubling the size of the original floorplan.
